Responsibilities

• Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of the building’s structure and grounds.
• Perform assigned repairs and emergency preventative maintenance and document repairs.
• Interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of commercial areas.
• Utilize patching, painting, and finishing skills to complete tasks.
• Use tools to apply coatings like varnish, polyurethane, primer and other finishes.
• Review work orders, estimate materials, and procure supplies as needed.
