Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic math and computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operation, repair, and maintenance of building structure and grounds.
• Perform assigned repairs and preventive maintenance; complete maintenance records.
• Paint interior areas and perform touch-ups to achieve commercial-level finishes.
• Use trade skills such as patching, painting, and finishing under supervision.
• Prepare surfaces, apply coatings, and protect areas during work.
• Review work orders, estimate materials and time, and order supplies.
