Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in painting and repair work.
• Good communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Basic math and estimation skills for materials and time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operation, repair, and maintenance of building structures.
• Perform interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of areas.
• Use tools for patching, painting, and finishing with coatings.
• Review work orders and estimate time, materials, and tools.
• Collaborate with team, end users, and stakeholders on drawings and specs.
