Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, repair, and maintenance of building structure and grounds.
• Perform interior painting, patching, finishing, and surface protection for commercial spaces.
• Use tools to apply coatings and finishes and to repair surfaces.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to understand build or repair requirements.
• Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and stored safely and properly.
• Respond to emergencies and adhere to safety and health programs.
