Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Painter/ Carpenter to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across commercial facilities. You will oversee operations, complete interior painting, and utilize multiple trades under supervision.

The role emphasizes diligent maintenance practices, safety, and collaboration with end users and stakeholders to ensure facilities remain in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of the building’s structure and grounds.
• Perform interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of areas in need of commercial-level painting.
• Use tools and equipment to apply coatings such as varnish, polyurethane, primer and other coatings.
• Build, dismantle, and repair structures, walls, roofs, siding, scaffolding or fascia.
• Review work orders, estimate time, materials, and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders concerning work orders, prints, and sketches.
