Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for mobile outpatient therapy in Chelmsford, MA. This part‑time role (10 hours/week) focuses on delivering high-quality rehab services across facilities and community settings.

You will assess, plan, and implement therapy, supervise assistive staff, and coordinate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes. Prior outpatient or home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice; proof of license eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; orBachelor's+5 years PT experience.
• Responsible for delivering PT services in mobile outpatient setting across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAssistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel as per licensure.
• Adhere to schedule, complete clinical and billing documentation; attend meetings.
• Evaluate patients, develop and implement plan of care, adjust as needed.
• Provide home and community based PT services including functional training and education.
