Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time mobile outpatient therapy in Chicopee, MA. This role supports a broad network delivering rehabilitation and wellness services across settings, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include supervising PTAs and staff, maintaining schedules and documentation, and coordinating with the rehab team to meet patient goals. A valid PT license and degree are required; a $5,000 bonus is offered and visa/relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field with Bachelor's in PT.
• Must have a driver's license or reliable transportation to/from patients.
• Outpatient/mobile therapy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff per licensure requirements.
• Maintain adherence to department and patient treatment schedules and complete timely documentation.
• Attend patient care and staffing conferences and other related meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs and Coordinate with rehabilitation team.
• Develop and adapt Plan of Care with patient/caregiver input and progress.
• Promote safety and manage equipment and supplies, reporting repairs as needed.
