Powerback Rehabilitation in Massachusetts is recruiting a Physical Therapist for full-time Mobile Outpatient Therapy in Chicopee. The role offers a Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Friday schedule with a $5,000 bonus and competitive benefits.

You will supervise PTAs, manage patient care plans, complete documentation, and collaborate with a rehab team across facilities. A MA license and PT degree are required; visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel per state licensure.
• Adherence to treatment schedule, documentation, and meetings.
• Develops and implements patient care plans and completes related documentation.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapy regimens.
• Adapt plans based on patient progress and needs.
• Ensure safety and maintain equipment; order supplies as needed.
