Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support staff as allowed by state licensure.
• Attend patient care and staffing conferences; ensure timely documentation and billing.
• Collaborate with rehab team to determine optimal therapeutic regimens for each patient.
• Modify plan of care based on patient progress and needs.
• Promote safety and eliminate hazards in the patient environment.
• Order supplies and maintain equipment; ensure proper operation and repair as needed.
• Provide exceptional patient service in a compassionate setting.
• Incorporate health and wellness programming into treatment plans.
