Suru In-Home Physical Therapy connects clinicians with home-based patients to deliver outpatient PT/OT care. Clinicians benefit from longer treatment relationships, flexible scheduling, and a higher-frequency caseload that can yield meaningful supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or OT with current California licensure.
• Ability to schedule flexible home visits.
• Experience with telehealth evaluations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit referrals through Suru app or web app.
• Provide in-home physical or occupational therapy when clinically appropriate.
• Conduct telehealth evaluations and arrange follow-up visits.
• Accept or decline opportunities in your service area with control over caseload.
