Clinicians operate as 1099 independent contractors, with weekly direct deposit and the ability to treat patients in their homes across California. A California professional license and a local business license are required to begin onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California professional license (PT/OT) and a local business license.
• Independent contractor 1099 status with flexible scheduling.
• Proficient in delivering in-home PT/OT care and coordinating via the Suru app.

Responsibilities

• Submit referrals through the Suru app or web app and accept available cases.
• Provide in-home PT/OT visits with higher-frequency touchpoints when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate eligibility, intake, and telehealth evaluations with Suru and patients.
