Onboarding is through the Suru mobile app or web app. Clinicians operate as 1099 independent contractors with an active California professional license and a local business license before treating patients.

Qualifications

• Active California PT or OT license
• Local business license required
• Willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor

Responsibilities

• Submit referrals via the Suru app or web app
• See patients in home settings with mobile scheduling
• Coordinate telehealth evaluations before follow-up care
• Accept or decline available cases as they arise
