As a 1099 independent contractor, you can build a consistent mobile caseload with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn more than traditional home health through higher-frequency visits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Submit referrals via Suru app.
• Schedule and conduct Telehealth evaluations when appropriate.
• Provide in-home PT/OT visits and ongoing treatment.
