As an independent contractor, you treat patients in their homes using Suru's mobile and web apps, decide which opportunities to accept, and receive weekly direct deposits. California-licensed therapists are welcome; you control your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California PT or OT license and be a 1099 contractor.
• Experience with home-based therapy preferred.
• Clinicians must have a medical license and business setup in CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based PT/OT services via Suru platform.
• Accept or decline cases based on availability.
• Maintain patient treatment notes and scheduling via app.
