Job summary

Suru-in-Home-Physical-Therapy in California is expanding its Suru Network of mobile clinicians. We are seeking licensed PTs and OTs to treat patients in their homes, with longer treatment episodes and flexible scheduling.

As an independent contractor (1099), you control your caseload, set your rate, and receive weekly direct deposits via Suru's platform after Telehealth evals and eligibility checks.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license (PT or OT).
• Independent contractor status with Suru network.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based PT/OT services to patients.
• Coordinate through Suru app: accept cases, schedule visits, and complete notes.
• Participate in Telehealth evaluations and follow-up visits as needed.
