Suru In-Home Physical Therapy is expanding its Suru Network of PTs and OTAs to deliver mobile outpatient therapy in patients' homes in California. You can build a more consistent caseload while earning additional income, with higher-frequency visits and longer treatment relationships.

Join our network of 50+ PTA and OTA professionals. You decide which cases to accept; we handle intake, eligibility, and billing, with weekly direct deposits.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license and local business license required.
• Independent contractor (1099) arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based PT/OT services through Suru network.
• Coordinate telehealth evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Manage referrals and schedule-based visits in your area.
• Maintain documentation and billing with Suru support.
