Suru In-Home Physical Therapy invites licensed clinicians to join the Suru Network for mobile outpatient PT/OT in patients’ homes across California. Clinicians work as 1099 independent contractors and can build a flexible, higher-frequency caseload with longer treatment episodes.

Submit referrals via the Suru app; we verify insurance and arrange a Telehealth evaluation. When ready, patients are seen in their homes, with clinicians selecting available cases and scheduling visits around their

Responsibilities

• Provide PT/OT services in patients' homes as part of the Suru Network.
• Submit referrals via the Suru app and accept suitable opportunities.
• Participate in telehealth evaluations and follow-up visits as needed.
• Maintain visit notes and scheduling with flexible availability.
