Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN work in Fort Collins, CO. You will conduct evaluations, plan and adjust treatments, and support patients in real-life settings such as home, school, work, and community.

You will work autonomously within a dynamic team of therapists, delivering client-centered neurorehabilitation and promoting functional independence across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved outcomes.
