Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role in home and community rehab. You will work autonomously within a collaborative team of therapists to deliver functional care in real-life settings beyond the clinic.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning with an emphasis on community safety and family education. A current OT license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations, provide home and community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
