Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings. You will assess, plan, and adjust treatments to enable real-life activities such as cooking, shopping, and community mobility.

The role values autonomy within a collaborative team, with a flexible schedule, paid hourly, travel reimbursement, ongoing education, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license for the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum one year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend meetings with family.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
