Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings.

You will evaluate clients, develop plans, and support discharge planning. The role emphasizes autonomous work within a collaborative therapist team and requires current licensure and CPR/BLS certification. Mobility and safety considerations are essential across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the practicing state.
• BLS or CPR certification per state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
