Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings in California. You will evaluate, plan, and adjust treatments tailored to real-life activities, such as cooking, shopping, and workplace tasks.

This autonomous role offers a flexible schedule, paid hourly compensation, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing educational programs with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification as required by state regulations.
• At least one year of PT experience preferred with neuro rehab focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess progress and adjust plans as needed in staffing meetings.
• Complete discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate needs and progress to the treatment team, patient, family, and physician.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
