Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings.

You will assess, plan, and implement therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patient safety and independence. The role offers a flexible schedule with travel/training support and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year of PT work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient transfers.
• Ability to perform duties requiring mobility, standing, and fine motor skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and make home/work safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
