Rehab Without Walls is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings. You will design and adjust plans, monitor progress, and guide families on safety and resources in real-life contexts.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice within a collaborative team of therapists, with a focus on delivering care beyond clinical environments and promoting meaningful daily activities for clients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license for the practicing state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification in accordance with state regulations.
• At least 1 year of PT work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations with home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
