Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings. You will evaluate clients, design individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress across varied environments to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes autonomous work within a collaborative therapy team, with opportunities to support clients in real-life activities such as meal preparation, grocery navigation, and workplace

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
