Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in High Point, NC seeks an experienced Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings. You will evaluate clients and create personalized treatment plans to help them regain independence.

You will regularly reassess progress, communicate with families and the treatment team, and coordinate care to optimize outcomes in real-life environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license by the practicing state.
• CPR/BLS certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
