Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking field technicians/installers to join as 1099 contractors. You will schedule and complete in-home installations of emergency response devices, testing equipment and educating clients and caregivers on use and maintenance.

You will handle paperwork digitally, maintain installation records, and coordinate with support teams. The role offers flexible hours, independent work, and mileage-based compensation with SLAs driving performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license.
• Willing to undergo background checks and training.
• Ability to work independently and meet SLA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling with clients.
• Deliver, set up and test Personal Emergency Response equipment in clients homes.
• Educate clients and caregivers on device usage and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
• Maintain records of installations and service calls.
• Collaborate with member support and installer coordinators.
• Obtain signatures via DocuSign during installations.
• Follow safety, regulatory requirements and company policies.
