GYMGUYZ is seeking a Mobile Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers, delivering high-quality, in-home and on-site fitness sessions. You will assess clients, design personalized programs, and drive community engagement through workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/AED certification and a valid personal trainer credential.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.

• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Compensation:

$35 - $45/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
