GYMGUYZ is seeking a Mobile Master Trainer to lead a team of personal trainers, mentor staff, and deliver results for clients at homes, offices, and community spaces. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay at $50–$55/hr with growth opportunities, onboarding, and ongoing professional development as you drive training quality and local engagement.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive client results and mentor trainers.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values in every interaction.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
