GYMGUYZ is hiring a Mobile Master Trainer who will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of personal trainers delivering mobile fitness sessions directly to clients at homes, offices, and community spaces.

As a Master Trainer, you’ll drive client results, shape the local training culture, and mentor others while advancing your career within a flexible, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, NBFE or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in delivering client results and mentoring teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Passion for helping people and continual learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values in every interaction.

Compensation: $40 - $50/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities
