Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Mobile Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile trainers, deliver results for clients, and mentor other trainers. You will conduct initial assessments, design sessions, and drive client success across homes, offices, and community spaces.

As a Master Trainer, you’ll influence growth, support onboarding, and advance your leadership in a fast-moving fitness network built on DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years in personal training with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values in every interaction.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
