Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile trainers delivering fitness sessions at clients' homes, offices, and community spaces across the region.

The role focuses on coaching, performance coaching, and program design, with opportunities to mentor others, drive results, and advance within a growing national network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values in every interaction.

Master Trainer

Compensation: $35 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
