GYMGUYZ Eastside & South King County is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers delivering on-site sessions to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor trainers, drive results, and shape the future of fitness in your community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with an accredited organization.
• CPR/AED certified is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Compensation: $50 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities Schedule: Flexible - full-time preferred

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
