GYMGUYZ Williamsburg seeks a Master Trainer to lead a mobile team delivering personalized training at clients' homes and other spaces. You will mentor trainers, drive results, and shape local fitness growth in your community.

You are a certified pro with leadership flair, motivated to elevate client outcomes, mentor peers, and expand the training network while embodying DRIVE values every day.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — DRIVE — in every interaction.

Compensation: $35 - $45/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
