GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers who bring fitness directly to clients’ homes and spaces. You will mentor staff, drive client results, and influence how fitness is delivered in communities.

The role requires a certified trainer with leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for growth. Expect performance-based pay, ongoing development, and advancement opportunities within a flexible, mobile-first organization.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values – DRIVE – in every interaction.
