Job summary

GYMGUYZ Eastside & South King County is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile personal trainers delivering workouts at clients' homes, offices, and community spaces.

You will conduct initial assessments, design sessions, monitor client progress, and drive local marketing initiatives while upholding our DRIVE values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized certs (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

What You Bring
