GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead mobile fitness teams delivering client-focused results across homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor trainers, drive client outcomes, and shape the future of fitness in your locale.

As a Master Trainer, you’ll contribute to leadership, training, and development while advancing a high-performing culture. This role rewards initiative, impact, and ongoing professional advancement.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and enforce training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Master Trainer

Compensation:

$50 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
