GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile personal trainers, delivering exceptional results for clients at homes, offices, and community spaces. You’ll design programs, assess progress, and drive client satisfaction while embodying DRIVE values.

This role offers a flexible schedule, leadership path, onboarding and ongoing professional development, plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, NBFE accredited organization).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
