GYMGUYZ invites seasoned Master Trainers to lead a mobile fitness team that brings training to homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor other trainers, drive client results, and help shape the future of fitness within your community.

As a Master Trainer, you’ll influence local teams, manage client outcomes, and participate in workshops, growth opportunities, and ongoing professional development while maintaining our DRIVE values.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years in personal training and leadership roles.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.

Master Trainer

Compensation:

$50 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
