GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to lead mobile personal training services delivered to clients at homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor other trainers, drive results, and shape the future of fitness in your community.

You are a certified professional with leadership experience who thrives on motivation, impact, and building high-performing teams. A flexible, full-time schedule is available with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA, DEAC or NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
