GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer in Renton, WA to lead and mentor trainers, delivering mobile fitness sessions at clients' homes, offices, and community spaces. You will drive results and help shape the future of fitness in your community.

You are a certified trainer with CPR/AED, 3+ years of leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record of client success. The role offers growth, bonuses, and advancement within the network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values in every interaction.

Master Trainer

Compensation:

$50 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
