Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers, deliver high-quality training, and drive client results across mobile sessions. You’ll conduct assessments, design sessions, and oversee success metrics while representing the DRIVE values.

This role offers flexible scheduling, performance bonuses, ongoing development, and opportunities to advance within the network. Certification CPR/AED and 3+ years of leadership are required; transportation is needed for

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver results
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership
• Drive local marketing and community engagement

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
