GYMGUYZ is seeking a Mobile Master Trainer to lead a team of trainers delivering mobile personal training at clients' homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor peers, drive results, and shape the future of fitness in your community.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and motivation skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ's core values in every interaction.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
