GYMGUYZ Master Trainer role in Woonsocket, RI invites an experienced leader to mentor a team of mobile trainers and drive exceptional client results. You’ll oversee assessments, design sessions, and ensure training quality across sessions.

You’ll also support sales initiatives, lead workshops, and promote local community engagement while embodying our DRIVE values. Flexible schedule, competitive pay, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years in personal training and leadership.
• Proven record of client results and mentoring.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

Compensation:

$35 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
