Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers delivering on-site workouts at clients’ homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor peers, drive client results, and shape local fitness culture through innovative training. This role emphasizes leadership, motivation, and impact.

The Master Trainer will spearhead training sessions, oversee assessments, and support sales and marketing efforts while upholding the DRIVE values within the network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED.
• 2+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 2+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
