Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile fitness pros, deliver exceptional client results, and shape local fitness culture. You’ll mentor trainers, conduct assessments via the app, and design sessions that scale from individuals to small groups.

In this role you’ll drive sales support, participate in local marketing, and foster ongoing development through workshops and coaching, with a flexible full-time schedule and opportunities for growth within the network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accred. org)
• CPR/AED certification required
• 2+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven client results and team mentoring
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments via the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership

$30 - $50/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities
