Job summary

VitalCheck Wellness in Illinois is seeking a Radiology Patient & Administrative Coordinator for a mobile mammography screening program. This non-clinical role supports the Mammography Technologist with patient check-in, scheduling, records, and communications to ensure smooth flow and patient comfort.

The position is temporary, 9am-5pm, Monday–Friday, with travel between Springfield and Chicago Metro/Cook County.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of administrative, medical front-desk, patient scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in medical offices or radiology settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with the check-in process.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule mammography appointments.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records per procedures.
