Job summary

The role requires versatility across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, with the ability to work independently and handle after-hours emergencies during on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certifications may be required by client scope or local jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record; ability to drive company vehicles in various weather conditions and travel long distances.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor plumbing repairs including leak resolution and fixture maintenance.
• Conduct electrical repairs such as switches, outlets, and lighting maintenance.
• Complete carpentry tasks including door adjustments, hardware installation, and painted surfaces.
