Job summary

JLL is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment at a Jenison, MI facility. You will assist Mobile Engineers and Control Systems Technicians and perform defined tasks independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities include lighting maintenance, building/equipment repairs, interior maintenance including HVAC/R related coil cleaning and minor plumbing, as well as fast response to tenant

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist the operations team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• General interior maintenance including HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Minor plumbing repairs.
• Completes special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
• This position requires on-call availability after hours for emergencies.
• Complies with policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
