The role requires hands-on experience, licenses as needed, and the ability to travel between properties. You will respond to emergencies, document activities, and work as part of a property operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years' experience operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• Appropriate licenses or permits may be required (e.g., trade license).
• May require travel between properties and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks for building systems.
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, pumps, and air distribution systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic repairs per safety standards.
• Monitor energy management and report conditions to supervision.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safe building operations.
• Complete required safety training and comply with company dress code.
